How-to Print File

Before production:

  1. Order Processing
  2. Customers create a print file for their order. The following aspects are especially important:

    • File format
    • Image resolution
    • Color mode
    • Scale
  3. The project is sent to the graphics department for quality control regarding the print file.

 

During production: 

  1. Printing

  2. Ready-made

  3. Shipping

How-to Metal Process

 

Before production:

  1. Computer codes are created for machine programming.
  2. Procedes standard products are selected for the project.

 

During production:

  1. Metals are cut using the water jet cutter or CNC machine.
  2. Shapes are formed with dies on the folding bench or bending machine.
  3. Powder coating is applied when required.
  4. Small parts, such as connectors, are produced (sometimes via 3D printing).
  5. Larger structures are welded from individual components.
  6. Products are packed and prepared for dispatch or delivery.

How-to ready-made

 

Before production:

  1. New materials are tested for print quality and dimensional accuracy
  2. Relevant data is stored and shared across departments

 

During production:

  1. Cutters trim textiles based on the prepared cut files
  2. Seamstresses hem the textiles and attach piping for fastening 
  3. Eyelets are inserted into textiles when required
  4. Finished products are rolled onto cardboard cores for shipping or folded to save space, reducing the need for cores and improving sustainability
